At GMart Group Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and advertising services to our clients. Because our work involves time, strategy, and third-party platform costs, this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. General Policy
All services provided by GMart Group Inc are delivered through detailed consultation, customized strategies, and resource allocation.
As such, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or advertising campaigns have been launched.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service.

Service Not Initiated: If you cancel before any work has begun or campaigns have been set up.

Agency Error: If a payment was made in error or a service was not delivered as agreed upon in writing.
Refund requests must be made within 7 business days of the payment date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed consulting sessions, audits, or marketing strategies

Time-based services such as campaign management, SEO, or content creation once work has started

Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Setup, onboarding, or creative design fees

Subscription or retainer fees after the billing period begins
4. Cancellations
You may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
All work performed up to the cancellation date will be billed and due in full.
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Transaction or processing fees may be deducted when applicable.
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our service results, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues collaboratively before any refund decisions are finalized.
